I'm a registered MBACP Counsellor, and I specialise with providing a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. I run a private practice providing Talking Therapy to individuals online/telephone/face to face.Therapy is not about becoming someone else; it's about discovering your inner superpower. Do you feel that something has changed? Are you feeling lonely, isolated or misunderstood? Is your current day to day causing you distress, or are you left feeling confused, finding it challenging to talk, to let others know what you are going through or have experienced? Are you finding your current circumstances challenging and difficult, to the point that it's frustrating, feeling angry for not being able to put it into words how you're experiencing things? What I can offer is a safe pace, where you will be able to talk freely without the fear of being dismissed. I am going to support you to reach the point that allows you to trust your gut feeling, and confidence to communicate with others about what is important to you. Once I know more about your hopes and wishes, it will be easier for me to support you, to find resources so that you can feel more hopeful about your future. The sessions will be used first to get to know each other, tackle whatever is the primary distress you are experiencing. Moreover, we continue with this pattern till you are satisfied, you can come back as often as you like when the need calls. I'll be there for you, even if it's only once, or maybe every fortnight. You'll set the pace, and it's your right to decide what you need to feel comfortable..
