I am an Integrative counsellor and work with various different approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic and person-centred, therefore, I can draw on various techniques and tools that best fit clients needs towards a successful journey of healing and personal growth. I have 15 years of autism experience and can help with anxiety, relationship problems, low self -worth and depression.
My services are catered for people with Asperger syndrome, High-functioning autism and Mental health problems. I accept people from within the UK & worldwide with the service delivered online by Zoom or Teams.
