Main information

Type of service: Supported living schemes

Crystal House is a supported living service for adults aged 18-35 with autism spectrum conditions and/or learning disabilities.

At Crystal House, we promote independence and support young people to access further education, employment, social and recreational activities. Person-centred transition plans are developed for each individual to develop their budgeting skills and to become more independent in all areas of their lives. In each case, we would work closely with all parties to ensure an agreed approach is put in place to help an individual make their transition on to adulthood a positive one.
