Cwm Hyfryd is a 24-hour residential service, supporting adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, restricted mobility and sight impairment.
Individuals at Cwm Hyfryd are supported to develop individualised person centred plans and positive behaviour support plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate. Our Total Communication approach enables staff to implement individualised communication strategies for service users with communication difficulties.
