Derby City SEND IASS (formerly Derby City Parent Partnership Service) will be able to provide impartial, confidential information, advice and support for parents of children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities, young people and children with SEN or disabilities about education, health and social care. We provide legally based, impartial, confidential and accessible information, advice and support and will be able to offer telephone, electronic information and advice as well as some face to face support. We develop partnerships between parents and carers, schools, the Local Authority and other organisations for the benefit of all children and young people with SEN and disabilities.
