Services for individuals with ASD/ASC. Specialising in adapting treatment for autistic clients with mental health conditions, for example, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Also, supporting adults recently diagnosed with ASD/ASC to come to terms with their diagnosis, and to maximise strengths and potential. Therapy and coaching services available.
Therapeutic method: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), usually in combination with one or several of the following: Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills, Person-Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Indication of fees: Video therapy £80, Face 2 Face therapy £90 (Northampton), Video Coaching £60, Video Understanding My Autism 1:1 Course £360 (6 sessions).
