The Education Law Unit, part of the Govan Law Centre, is a Scotland-wide legal resource in the field of school education. Services provided include a helpline, where calls are answered by legally qualified education law specialists, email advice, legal representation at court or tribunals on matters relating to education. We also provide free or low cost training to interested groups particularly in relation to additional support needs legislation. We have several publications available to parents and school pupils about rights in education and resources and publications that can be accessed via our websites. Is able to attend education tribunals or associated appeals.
