Equal Futures is a family led organisation that supports people with disabilities and their families to have a good life today with peace of mind and security for tomorrow. Equal Futures offers the following: enables individuals families to plan for a safe and secure future for their relative who has a disability; provides a future planning consultation for our members; helps families plan for the future through workshops including wills and trusts, financial planning, guardianship and powers of attorney and housing options; builds and maintains a Lifelong Circle of Support with, and for, an individual with a disability; ensures that the quality of services the individual receives is maintained lifelong; and engages a wider community and raises awareness about how all disabled people can participate and contribute as equal citizens. Provides a range of training and consultancy on many aspects of inclusion.
