Fairview is a spacious six-bedroomed detached home for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, located on a quiet residential street in the village of Baughurst, close to the busy town of Tadley in Hampshire. Baughurst has good road and rail links to the larger towns of Basingstoke, Reading and Newbury where there are a wealth of leisure activities and community facilities. The home has its own vehicle to transport service users to outside activities and appointments. In the main part of the house there are four large bedrooms - two of which have en suite facilities - a communal bathroom, large dining room and kitchen. There is also a large, self-contained annexe which has two bedrooms with en suite facilities and benefits from its own kitchen and lounge-diner. To the rear of the home is a large garden suitable for relaxation and recreation, which is divided into two areas for privacy and safety. Referrals can be made by a Social Worker/Care Manager or directly from parents themselves. However, before assessment can take place the Care Manager acting on behalf of the service user must be consulted.
