Fairview House is a small supported living service with 4 individual self-contained flats. The service is part of the Real Life Options group. Real Life Options was established in 1992 and started operating from Fairview House in 2006. The property is quite rural however has good transport links to the local town, the service has good links with the local community.
All 4 flats are occupied, 3 of the adults are autistic people, 2 are 35 years old and 1 is 44 years old. All 3 autistic people have a learning disability and all 3 communicate verbally. One tentant has lived in the property since 2006, one since 2013, and one other lady moved in February 2021.
There have been some significant changes in the service provision. In November 2020 one lady who had lived at Fairview House since 2006 sadly passed away and in December 2020 due to a restructure within the organisation the registered manager changed.
