Please note this is not a simple tutoring service per subject but an online school. There are mixed, small groups. There are normally 7-10 students for each group. There is a maximum of 15 places but class sizes are rarely that big unless there are higher level well-adjusted students present. The classes are Monday to Thursday 9am-2pm (UK timezone). There are interactive live lessons of 1 hour each in private secure chatrooms. There are long breaks. Lessons are mainly text or typing based but uses voice, pictures and website visits as well. Homework is a special system, like email. Parents or family can monitor exactly what the child is doing, in detail, via private webpage updated daily. No extra software is needed. Personal contact with families is available by phone Monday to Thursday 2pm-7pm, Friday is any time. Subjects offered: English, Literature, Maths, Geography, History, Philosophy & Society, French, Spanish, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. Please note the address given in Located address is not a location point for students. We provide a national (and international) service. Fees are £198 per month (not July and August). 24/7 access by student or family to detailed easy to scan report page online shows exactly what the student is doing. A parent can monitor any class by sitting with the student or popping in to look. Transcripts of lessons are available on request. The school also caters for depression and bullying survivors.
