Free2BMe Therapy Services

Main information

Type of service: Counsellor, Interventions and therapies, Online services, Training providers

We are a private self-referral service providing counselling, psychotherapy and coaching for neurodivergent children, young people and adults. Our team of qualified, registered practitioners all have lived experience of neurodivergence and many of our team are autistic themselves. We work with clients in an affirmative way to help them understand themselves and what a good autistic life might look and feel like for them. We offer short term post-diagnosis counselling and longer term support, we have professionals across the UK both online and face to face. We also offer neurodiversity training to organisations and individual professionals.

We work with parents/carers, including people with ADHD or dual/multiple diagnosis or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia/dyspraxia. There is a free initial discovery call, a 90-min initial assessment (if needed) @ £100 and Counselling/therapy/coaching from £55-75/hour.

We accept people across UK wide and Ireland. We can also work online with those temporarily resident abroad in some countries, eg students studying in universities abroad but permanently resident in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot work with those residing in the USA.

We don’t provide a phone number due to not having the capacity to answer calls due to being with clients in the day, but we will deal with email enquiries within 1 business day.
