The name of the unit for children with special needs is The Autistic Resource Base. Garratt Park School is a special school for students with a wide range of special educational needs (SEN). The school is located in the inner London Borough of Wandsworth and takes students from all over the borough as well as other boroughs. Our current students are all statemented with learning difficulties with additional needs. Approximately 20 per cent of our students have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). These students can be placed in the Autistic Resource Base for the majority of lessons or in mixed classes in the main school.
