I work with autistic children, adolescents and adults as well as families affected by autism. I respect that everyone is different and so offer therapy which meets the needs of each individual. I am a person-centred therapist who integrates creative therapy and play therapy. I aim to increase my client's ability to understand themselves and their emotions, and to express how they feel in healthy ways. I work with anxiety and depression, trans and gender dysphoria issues, trauma and loss.
