Glencourt is a residential service for adults aged 40+ with learning disabilities, complex health needs including behaviour that may challenge and autism spectrum conditions.
The service utilises a person centred planning approach with the aim of increasing independence skills development and support with identifying and maintaining social and leisure activities. Staff work closely with the individual, families and health care professionals in order to deliver the best care possible and to help people integrate in to the wider community. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff.
