Main information

Type of service: Local groups, Social groups

Good to Talk is a support group for carers run by carers. The group helps carers who look after people who are on the autistic spectrum, or have mental health issues/problems or Dyslexia or Dyspraxia. We are also open to other adult carers. Come and have a break with people who are in a similar situation. We are here to help, come and have a chat over a cup of coffee! “Claire found the group was useful in giving her a break, as well as gaining ideas how to deal with the problems she faced. Talking things over gave Claire a new perspective and she now has strategies she can draw upon.”
