Gordon Avenue is a supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, emotional needs and/ or underlying mental health needs. It is ideal for individuals in the transition period, either leaving residential college or the family home/foster care.
People are supported through person centred plans that focus on positive outcomes and aim to increase independence. The service aims to support individuals to gain the skills necessary to move on to independent living if they choose. Individuals are supported in exploring new experiences and making lifestyle changes based on their own decisions, taking part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives.
