Green Lane is a residential service for females aged 40+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge. Individuals are supported with a tailored person-centred plan and positive behaviour support plans to promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. The service focuses on encouraging social, communication and life skills development, ranging from support in daily skills and leisure activities.

Age: From age 40 to 100

Aimed at: Adult

Gender: Women/girls only
