We are a small Community Interest Company that specialises in offering therapeutic support to anyone in need. Using our therapy animals, horticulture and arts and nature we support individuals to gain confidence, self esteem, independence and work related skills. We are very much part of the community and involved in various community projects. 

Within this service there is also Person centred Counselling which is open to all, including Pre Therapy to help those who are not able to access mainstream counselling . 

We are able to offer support/counselling to anyone on the Llyn Peninsula, Gwynedd or additional online for the counselling service if further away.
