Harbour is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions, behaviours that may challenge, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and/or significant communication difficulties. Harbour offers a personalised approach that aims to increase individuals’ independence and helps to facilitate a smooth transition from residential schools, colleges or homes.
Care is tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes, seeing every aspect of a person’s life as a potential learning opportunity. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff.
