Hearts and Minds is a peer support charity that specialises in creating spaces and communities where 14-25-year-olds experiencing mental health difficulties can be seen, heard and reminded that they are not alone. We have recently set up our autistic peer support group. Our monthly autistic peer support group is for anybody who identifies as autistic aged 14 to 25 (no diagnosis needed) – it runs on the first Monday of the month from 7pm to 8.30pm via Zoom.
