This service is a remote mentoring service for people, over 18, who identify as neurodivergent. Many people find remote/online communication less anxiety inducing and more accessible. My mentoring approach is mentee-centred. This means we will ‘go at your pace’ and you are in charge of what topics we talk about. Mentoring is a confidential and supportive connection with a person whose priority is your mental health and wellbeing. It is about encouraging you to find what’s right for you, self-acceptance and self-empowerment. Especially for people who prefer to communicate remotely, online, video calling, camera off or camera on, emailing or texting.
