Individuals with Asperger syndrome and/or other autistic spectrum conditions and individuals with ADD and/or ADHD. Type of Service: Highdowns is a residential service set within a beautiful backdrop which holds panoramic views over St. Ives bay in Cornwall. It is approximately 2 miles from Camborne town centre and transport is available for people to access the local community. The service consists of 4 properties on one site; the main house providing accommodation for 7 people, 6 rooms with en-suite, a refurbished barn cottage providing semi-independent living for 2 people, a cottage conversion providing semi-independent living for 4 people (all rooms en-suite) and a barn conversion specifically designed to provide self-contained living accommodation for 1 person. All properties decorated and maintained to a high standard. There is a barn which provides communal recreation opportunities for people who live in all the properties on site plus opportunities do wood work, gardening and small animal care.
