Hilltop is a residential service in Weston-Super-Mare for individuals aged 25+ with autism spectrum conditions, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge and learning disabilities. The service has an extremely friendly and family orientated approach which creates a very warm and welcoming environment. Individuals are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and increased independence skills.
People will be supported to access the community and take part in a wide variety of skill building activities. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff when required.
