Holly Tree Cottage is a residential home for adults with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, severe learning disabilities, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge and epilepsy. Holly Tree Cottage has been developed to provide a living environment which more readily reflects a long term living placement.

The service will help build resilience in people through the promotion of positive risk-taking and equipping people with practical transferable skills. The aim of the service is to reduce dependence on staff and provide the necessary skills for the individuals supported to thrive independently both inside and outside of the home so that they might then be able to move on to greater independence in the future.
