We offer effective treatment for sleep difficulties across the lifespan. Reliable evidence based methods working with you. All our consultants are qualified to at least degree level in sleep medicine. We are enhanced DBS checked and are trusted providers to the NHS and local authorities. We specialise in sleep difficulties affected by additional needs including autism, mental health and trauma. We also provide Sleep Right accredited training for 'professionals' those who support people with additional needs.

We offer a Sleep Consultation which comprises one hour consultation online / over the phone with report, or a Sleep Package which entails support for three months to resolve a sleep problem including a thorough sleep assessment and full report and plan. Cost from £190. Instalments available. Accept members or pupils/students from UK or Worldwide.
