Inspire support services

Main information

Type of service: Counsellor, Interventions and therapies

Inspire support services counselling service is a low cost counselling service that works in a person centred manner to provide a safe space for people to talk about their experiences. The counselling service provides individual therapy for people aged 16+ years old. Although this service is not aimed specifically at ASD people, the person-centred modality tailors to the needs of the client. My background and 28 years of experience as a learning disability support & activities worker and family support has given me an insight and understanding of the challenges that life can bring.

Anyone who is 16+ can apply for counselling including family members and carers. We can support to complete the relevant paperwork if required. Please specify if there are additional requirements or if a carer will be attending.
