The Institute of Psychiatry (IoP) is Europe’s largest centre for research and post-graduate education in psychiatry, psychology, basic and clinical neuroscience. The IoP is a School of King’s College London. A number of renowned autism authorities are based at the IoP, including Professor Sir Michael Rutter, Professor Patricia Howlin, Professor Francesca Happé, Professor Tony Charman and Professor Declan Murphy.
