A resource centre for children with disabilities and their families. The centre is the base for the Children with Disabilities Parent Hub. It is a community building with services and facilities such as a play room, Snoezelen® Room and gardens. Staff from the Integrated Service for Children with Additional Needs are based here. This team works directly with families to look at your needs and identify appropriate support where needed.
