Jump Nation Trampoline Arena

Main information

Type of service: Play and leisure

Jump Nation, based in Trafford and also has a site in Walsall, provides dedicated monthly weekend sessions with a practical approach to getting children and young people with autism taking part in physical exercise whilst aiming for them to engage with their peers. The arena has 139 connected trampolines, which give them the opportunity to roam around, whilst providing them with safety through the use of netting. Jumping on trampolines is a good way to improve motor skills, help develop muscle and bone strength and improve general fitness levels. They can also provide a sensory outlet, which make reduce anxiety and can provide a channel for outbursts of energy! Please see https://www.jumpnation.com/classes/autism-friendly/ for more information..
