I support families around the world to help them with their child's sleep struggles. The children I work with are neurotypical and neurodiverse. I provide an assessment of each child's sleep and create a personal and custom written sleep plan to address those specific needs. Families are asked to log their child's sleep for at least a week (I realise this is a big ask as it is very time consuming) and they are also asked to complete an indepth questionnaire that relates to their childs history, health, and concerns. I am certified as well as insured through Morton Michel.

I support children without any learning differences as well as those with a diagnosis of ASC and ADHD and offer a complimentary 20 minute meeting by phone or video. My rate for a consultation and custom sleep plan and two follow up meetings is £275. My hourly rate is £75.

I work with families around the world and can physically meet with families/parents/carers in a 15 mile radius of GU9.
