LEAD Scotland is a voluntary organisation that has been set up to widen access to learning across Scotland for all disabled adults and carers. The organisation offers home based educational guidance and information, a computer home loan scheme and can arrange volunteer support. Volunteers are accepted and referrals can be made as self referrals or by a third party.
