The Leicestershire Centre for Integrated Living (LCiL) is an organisation of disabled people. It provides opportunities for disabled people to undertake new areas of learning. It offers a comprehensive area of information and advice on disability issues and undertakes a range of training and access services to organisations seeking to reduce and remove barriers that prevent disabled people from accessing services.
