Mentoring - Through Lexia Education Services’ flagship, “Mentoring the Mentor’s” programme, we are supporting and training young people, to come into the education sector and be the positive role models so desperately needed. Able to relate and engage where previous interventions have failed, our vibrant community of Mentors break down barriers to learning and are able to inspire the next generation.

The specialist work we undertake is changing the lives of young people across England and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible impact being made on the children and young people we support. Support Assistants - Lexia recruit and train, specialist support assistants who are passionate about changing the lives of children and young people. We work in partnership with a variety of special needs schools, alternative provisions, and mainstream schools.

Our support assistants come from a variety of different backgrounds and what binds our staff is a common goal, to have a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged children. Tutoring - Helping young people gain confidence through specialist 1:1 tuition. Helping children with disabilities to overcome barriers to learning. Our programmes set out all of the extra help and support each child will need to overcome barriers to learning by tailoring our approach to their education, health and care plan (EHCP).
