I provide confidential counselling for adults, including those with high-functioning autism or autistic traits. If you get triggered easily or feel less than other people, perhaps I can help. I've worked in learning disabilities since 2006 and as a counsellor since 2018. I believe autism is actually more common than known. However, I see my role is to listen whilst you unburden yourself of your worries and feel much lighter knowing somebody else accepts you as you are. My hope is that you begin to increase your understanding of the situation you're in whilst developing more self-compassion.
My services are catered to people with mental health issues, physical disabilities or high-functioning autism spectrum residing in The Dearne Valley, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and wider South Yorkshire areas. If online counselling by video or email, then anywhere in the UK.
