Lisieux Trust is a Trustee-governed registered charity, dedicated to enriching the lives of learning disabled adults and adults on the autism spectrum. Although its services predominantly include residential and supported living care and accommodation - with 11 homes situated across Northeast Birmingham - Lisieux Trust also aims to provide much more than a home for its people. Lisieux Trust champions the idea of people with learning disabilities and people on the autism spectrum living meaningful lives, so the team adopt person-centred support approaches to help residents and tenants to claim their future and independence. The team works with each resident and tenant to understand their needs and wishes, and then creates individualised support plans, that creates strategies and opportunities for them to thrive.
