Little Treasures support group is for families of children with a diagnosis of autism or children who are getting a diagnosis. Siblings are also welcome and their is no age restriction. We offer free courses, trips out, a book library, information, support, pamper sessions for parents, a bouncy castle and activities for children. We have specialist play equipment for children to access at our 'stay and play' sensory sessions which cost £3 per family. Our parent support service has speakers at different sessions with lots of useful information. Parent support seesions are £2 per family. We also have a Facebook page "Little Treasures Autism Group" with lots of information on activities and support from members. Ferryhill stay and play is every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month 10:30am-12 noon; stay and play sessions at Framwellgate Moor is the 4th Saturday each month 10:30am-12noon; stay and play sessions at Consett are on the 4th Saturday each month 10:30am-12noon; stay and play sessions at Lumley are on the 4th Saturday each month 10;30am-12noon; and parent support at Peterlee are on the 2nd Monday each month 10:00am-12 noon.
