I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy services supporting individuals with an ASD - Aspergers, high functioning autism their parents/carers or siblings. Working with issues around anxiety, social anxiety, depression, self harm, suicidal ideation, autistic burnout, self regulation, navigating the school/university/work environments and everyday challenges.
