Longdown Road is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication difficulties and complex health needs. Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans and individualised health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
Longdown Road works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
