A disability and user-led organisation established in 1991 to provide a range of practical services to disabled people in the Lothian region. It provides support for independent living, offering information and one-to-one advice to arrange and manage self-directed package, and a range of training for people with disabilities and/or organisations. It can also provide a payroll service for disabled people employing their own personal assistants. The Grapevine Disability Information Service provides free, confidential information to disabled people, their families and any other organisation or individual looking for disability related information in Edinburgh and Midlothian..
