I am a practising counsellor in the Cullompton and Tiverton area. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time. I am a Mental Health Champion for schools and my specialisms are working with children and young people with difficulties such as anxiety and depression or a diagnosis of autism, Asperger syndrome or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and parents or carers and those who have been bereaved. I am experienced in helping clients who are going through difficulties with stress, relationships, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, feeling suicidal or self-harming, suffering through grief when someone has died or gone away, feeling lonely, having problems with drugs or alcohol, low self-esteem, confidence and sexuality and gender. My practice is within reach of Cullompton, Tiverton, Honiton, Taunton and Exeter. Her Counselling approach is integrative, humanistic and solution focused..
