Magnolia Cottage is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, behaviour that may challenge, epilepsy, and communication and sensory impairments.

Individuals are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. They are also supported to develop individually tailored health action plans which focus on increasing independence and developing communication, social and life skills.
