Type of service: Employment services

Helps young people and adults with a learning disability/difficulty find suitable work opportunities. It assists each person to explore their options, provides skills training in the workplace and works to remove barriers to work for each individual. Pathway Transitions Service offers school pupils and school leavers work experience placements and on-site support. Young people are encouraged to think about their career choices and further education needs.
