Mind has been speaking out for better mental health for 60 years. Mind works in partnership with around 200 local Mind associations to directly improve the lives of people with experience of mental distress. It campaigns to influence policy and legislation in England and Wales, works closely with the media and is the first source of unbiased independent mental health information via its publications. Their telephone information lines are: Mind infoline 0300 123 3393 and Mind Legal Advice Service 0300 466 6463. Both services are available from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
