We are a not-for-profit organisation who work in partnership with people supported, their families and other professionals to deliver high quality support services that empower people. We support people to think about how they want their life to be; their personal goals and aspirations, ensuring that they have choice and control. We work with each individual to explore and identify opportunities to reach their goals, and extend their independent living skills, interests and experiences. We offer support to people with Autism, learning disabilities, and ill mental health.
