My world is a non-profit organisation supporting adults and young people with autism. Based in Worminghall, it offers a day service providing a supportive, empathetic and comfortable environment through which it provides opportunities for the people it supports to reach their potential by: .

• Pursuing hobbies and interests
• Learning skills for adulthood
• Work related skills
• Integrating with similar individuals and their community
• Taking on new challenges and widening experiences .

The service offers tailor made programmes of activities which are carefully planned around each individual's needs, wishes and aspirations. Programmes are designed to encourage continued development and learning. The service offers support for people across the autism spectrum.
