We are a charity set up to provide support and activities for autistic children and their families in the Essex area. "Takiwātanga" is the Maori word for autism and translates to "In their own time and space". Families do not need a diagnosis to access our services. We run the following (some activities are not currently running due to Covid restrictions):- A Facebook Support Group for parents with over 500 members Monthly, in person (or via Zoom) Parent Support Groups 1:1 assistance with EHCP applications, appeals and other forms Woodland Warriors outdoor activity sessions Family Board Game Club SEN Yoga
