New Horizons Care is a CQC registered domiciliary and nursing care company based in Market Harborough offering domiciliary care support services and childrens respite activities to clients in and around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We provide structured, continuous services to adults and children with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and learning disabilities.

New Horizons Care is run by a great team of professionally qualified Managers and Support Workers. The team works to ensure our service meets the needs of each person individually to maintain and support their independence, autonomy and social inclusion. NHC is fully compliant with the key requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We are CQC registered and members of the United Kingdom Homecare Association.

All services provided are tailored to client requirements based on comprehensive assessments conducted by our Clinical Lead in conjunction with the client, family and other health professionals involved in the client's support. We deliver continuity of care by ensuring the same Support Workers attend the same shifts. Each client is allocated one Case Manager they can refer to with any questions, queries and further support regarding any aspect of the support they receive. All care staff are regularly supervised, there are regular team meetings with continuous communication with the client on meeting his/her individual requirements.
