Our passionate team is on hand to provide just the right level of support to allow individuals to live as independently as possible. As part of the homes participation strategy, we encourage residents, together with their families, to actively participate in the planning of support, which is continually monitored via family forums and one-to-one meetings. Our approach to support: Each person at Newhouse is supported by experienced staff members that ensure their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs are met. The establishment of high ratio staffing ensures a highly supportive framework in which people can achieve their potential within a safe environment with dignity and respect. We believe that by maintaining as much independence as possible and through support, people can achieve their full potential in life. Each person at Newhouse has an individual support package, specifically planned to reflect their personal needs. Choice is paramount and individuals are actively encouraged to make informed choices and maintain independence..
