NH Care is a residential provider for children and adults with autism and learning disabilities. NH Care has a commitment to deliver positive outcomes for children: working, when required, with other professionals in a multi-agency approach, and to ultimately enable each child to achieve their full potential and maximise independence within a safe and homely environment. A bespoke care package designed through comprehensive assessment is combined to reflect each young person's and child's needs and aspirations. We work closely with a number of local authorities and have a good reputation for producing good outcomes with the people we work with. We are an expanding company and as such hope to add further provision next year (2014).
